Desperate to go home but no funds

My name is Mellisa from Nelson Mandela University. I'm a funded student by NSFAS.NSFAS this year has been giving problems in terms of allowances.There's no set date as to when exactly do they load allowances to our Sbux accounts.I got R2500 for books which was not even enough for my course books and now I still need to buy a book for 2nd semester which I don't know where I will get the money for it.I also got R4400 for February till May food allowance. Now;my problem is that most of the students that got their allowances at the same time as me some after me;have got their food allowance for June and I didn't .When I tried to enquire about my allowance I was told that I will get transport allowance but it's still being processed. My question is when will I get the allowance. I live far from home because I got deregistered on university residences because of personal problems and I live from place to place just so I can go to school .I need to go home for the holidays and I'm stuck in Port Elizabeth not knowing when I'll be going home and hungry as well .Please help me get NSFAS to release my allowance.
