defeated bipolar type1 UWC student

As i was diagnosed with bipolar type1, i dedicated my life in helping others who had a traumatic past like i did. 1st step was to become more informed, educate myself, and being financially crippled was not an excuse not to study. So I app**** and was accepted to study social work at UWC, app**** and was accepted for nsfas. Life was heading towards the right direction. Year ended and i passed all my modules. Came 2015 then problems started, nsfas did not pay 2014 school fees so i struggled to register for months. Meaning i also had no place to stay for months as you only move into rez when one has registered. The stress was so much i had a relapse and had to be hospitalised 3 days after i was officially registered. Question arose only if i still had my parents, "they would talk on my behalf and make sure things go accordingly" but this was not the case. After the relapse i returned back to school 2months before June exams , had the monumentas task to explain and hand in supportive documents on were I’ve been. With the stress of knowing the school fees are still not cleared i buckled in and passed more than 50% of my registered subjects. After June holidays i was requested to sign nsfas forms again thinking this was nsfas sorting out my 2014/2015 school fees, 2015 Dec exams came and passed without the fees being cleared. 2016/06/02 I’m siting school less as University of Western Cape would not allow me to register, I’m also siting jobless, all because i don’t have parents and nsfas has not done what they promised to do. I found myself looking up on criteria, on what nsfas looks for when they accept a needing student. I meet all the criteria and I’ve performed exceptionally well but I still find myself at the back end of bad luck. So then I though let me try use my extensionally good mark and apply at another institution that supports disabled students like me, but unfortunately Im unable to obtain my academic transcript because of an outstanding amount of R 92,926.40. All that signing was for nothing. None of the promises were kept and right now it feels as if all that studying was in vain. The has to be a legal root I can take against UWC or NSFAs right?
