Declined application for my daughter

My child app**** for nasfas and she was declined because they said his father is earning more than 350 000. His father does not work and I personally do not work. His father use to work but no longer works since March 2020. In the house no one is currently working.Can someone please resolve the matter. I am now frustrated because my child wants to go and study and there is no money.
