Confused

<p>My cousin has been declined by NSFAS reason being she does not meet the financial requirement. I am very confused and disturbed by this because her father earns less than R60,000 per year and her mother is not working. I am talking of a top student. What is really NSFAS wants in terms of minimum wage of the parents?</p>
