completely frustrating

<p>for the last few days it has been impossible to get onto the website. i forgot my password and tried resetting it many times because as i got it , it kept expiring, yet it valid for 24hrs as they say,...lol! Bull****...</p> <p>Then eventually i get in ,...i cant get past step4 to get to the point where you have to upload docs...yet on their homepage it says that whatever problem has been fixed...another big laugh.</p> <p>In an order to get my daugters application submitted, i stayed up until the last hour on the 30th, with no luck.</p> <p>so now i have to explAIN to my daughter thatbthere aint gonna be any funding for studying next year.</p> <p> </p> <p>THANKS A MILL NSFAS!.....Let me not even mention how impossible it is to even call you guys. the amount of airtime i wasted calling you guys and being on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC!!!!!!</p>
