COMPLAINT( I,M NOT REGISTERED FOR SECOND SEMESTER)

I'm writing this letter with frustration and anger from feedback received by financial aid. I'm currently doing my postgraduate in public management. i started using financial aid last year 2014. i app**** online and they asked me, how many years would you like to be funded i stated 3 years. then came 2015 i received an sms from them saying that i have been successful for 2015 i can go register for my b tech which i did. i'm a semester student i register twice a year.in July come back and i try to register and i couldn't, i usually communicate with the head-office online via email or phone call because of the incompetency of the financial aid offices here in our institution of not always knowing their job or information asked etc.. i then communicate with them as normal and i have proof and also via phone-call which call cent res record calls made through to them.They check my query and saw that i never received a loan agreement form to sign etc basically this was the feedback' velile u will be sent a form to sign we just waiting on ur registration details from ur institution.. when i go there they the senior tawks with her hands and gets angry says they don't fund postgraduate .
