Complaining for the second time

I'm traveling from Emhalahleni to Krugersdorp and my father is not working. I visited our SRC at Westcol Tvet College and they keep on telling me not to share my details with anyone, every time I ask them about my allowance same response “Don't share your details with anyone ” I'm doing N5 this year and I have not received my allowance for last year and even this year
