complain about the nsfas and the mamelodie campus

I am student at mamelodie campus tshwane north collage and I HV app**** for funding at nsfas n they HV approved my application but than I'm struggling 2 get 2 skul due lack of money I haven't received any funds since February when I consult the nsfas they say it have been played yet I haven't received a cent
