Complain about NSFAS appeal

I app**** for my son's studies, they repp**** saying that he does not qualify because I am earning over R350 000 per annum. I submitted my appeal explaining what that amount entails, it includes all my benefits and my salary is way less. I have been waiting for them to reply, I even sent an email, trying to get a an information on whether my appeal is being considered, they do not reply. I really need assistance for my son's studies.
