Can't Access NSFAS Wallet

I am so appalled by the service I am receiving from NSFAS. My niece app**** for funding in September 2020 and got a message around April this year saying her application was approved. She has been struggling endlessly to activate her NSFAS Wallet to access the funds. Since April we have been emailing NSFAS and calling with no help at all. When we call these numbers *** and *** the voice says we contacted NSFAS at a bat time and we should call later. We have been trying to call at least 3 times a day on both numbers since May with the same frustrating response. Why must our children struggle like this to access education? What is NSFAS doing? It really saddens me. There isn't even a financial aid office at KSD College at the Zimabane Campus.

For anyone who is willing and able to assist, my niece's name is Asive Innocent Cetywa (ID ***). The latest ticket number we got was #944105. Someone please do something. We are begging at this point for assistance.
