Blocked by NSFAS Wallet

I was blocked by NSFAS Wallet on the end of July 2020 and I wrote them an email alerting them about the situation and they wrote back to me saying the problem was resolved and I should be able to access my money with 24 hours but that was 3 months ago and the problem wasn't resolved up until now it is still unresolved and i went to Kwantu Towers countless times which is where their offices are located in Port Elizabeth but still they are telling me everything is fine meanwhile they aren't fine so plz help me unlock my account.
