Blocked Allowances due to Missing documents

My allowance was blocked last month due to pending decision of missing documents. I submitted all required documents and on my NSFAS there's no option of re uploading the documents. Please assist me coz I really need the money. Dont have money to buy food am studying at Walter Sisulu University.
