BARBARIC NSFAS/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Good morning.
PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH THIS MATTER.
It's now 2nd time I receive messages from debt collectors regarding NSFAS. PLEASE ASSIST ME TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MATTER. I PAID MY ACCOUNT AS PER INSTRUCTION FROM NSFAS VIA MY EMPLOYER SAAF (SANDF). NOW AM TOLD THAT I STILL OWE NSFAS.
While we are on this matter of my study loan account, refering to the previous email that I sent. Since you managed to get a letter to my employer for servicing of my loan account. The last payment was made in 2011 sometime then why didn't you call me in the same month or following month after last payment by my chief paymaster to tell me that there's X-amount outstanding on my loan and you only gave me a call 2017 between February-March after accumulation of almost 6 years of interest what so ever.
Do you see that as treating your customers with fairness. I don' t appreciate the way this is unfolding now and put yourself in my shoes. How would you react to the debt that come to unsettle you 6 years after you forgot about it knowing that all funds have been paid to your creditor. Is this done on purpose to mess peoples lives. I am not part of your day-to-day office like I said whereby you do calculations and send them to employers for persal payments/deductions on study loans. To me it seems like you enjoy seeing people being blacklisted for your mistakes.
Who drafted the letter to the DOD chief paymaster in 2008? Definately not me. Who included the payments according to salary levels? Not me. Who was supposed to tell me/SAAF (DOD) that payments include no interest? Not me. Who is at fault for wrong calculations? Not me. Who didn't call DOD/me OR SEND A LETTER AGAIN TO THE DOD a month after last payment OF R226.24 from DOD chief paymaster in FEBRUARY 2011 to tell SAAF (DOD)/me that there's X-amount (R1500) outstanding DUE TO INTEREST? Not me. Who is liable for all this mess coming back to me after 9 years. Definately not me. Please am asking and pleading respectfuly that you write off this account and close it and/give me the details of the person who was responsible for figures sent to the DOD chief paymaster and also give me advice as to which oumbusman can I take this matter to if you cant meet my plead.
Please communicate to me ASAP to get this matter resolved before I get blacklisted as this matter already took me to debt review since it was difficult for me to make ends meet during the period when deductions were going off my salary to service this loan.
THIS IS LIKE A BLACK CLOUD HANGING OVER MY HEAD...
Hope you find all in order.
