Bad service , No feedback

<p>Still waiting on response for 2017 appliaction on 17/3/2017 . No feedback . Very unhelpful agents . No one at NSFAS know what is happening . Agents are gving false information . This is just a desaster . It was better of when the Universities handled the applications . At least one recieved feedback and they were on time . Government should reconsider and had the process back to the Varsities . NSFAS are ruining students lives , and they dont care . It is totally unacceptable . </p> <p>Extremely dissapointed and frustrated </p>
