Bad service , lost all hope...Thank you NSFAS

I app**** for student funding last year 27 September 2017 , yet even now when I am writing exams in two weeks, have I not heard anything from NSFAS.I app**** for funding for a reason , my salary hardly covers everything no I need to pay my study fees as well. My status for the last 3 months is stuck on verifying income. How long do you need to verify my income?
