Bad Service Delivery!!!!!

NSFAS service delivery is so bad, they don't reply on social media platforms, they don't answer phone calls, they don't reply to emails, mean time we don't understand what's going on on our portals, some of us have things we didn't put on there and then they'll say it's our fault but we've been seeking help!
