Bad service

They send me a balance of 14 000, I called and asked they said the other was turned to s bursary, after 2 months of making payments, they sent a bill stating that I owe 44 000, I called and was given an email address which o forwarded my query to.. I have not received any response for s bout a month now.. the agents are so unprofessional, the talk to you like you just a peace of trash..
