Bad defunding experience with NSFAS

From being funded by NSFAS beginning of the year 2024 until July 2024 where I have been defunded by NSFAS with a reason being “Household income exceeding income threshold”, however, after multiple attempts of proving that it is not true with affidavits and necessary documents required being sent in, they still insist on that being the reason for defunding me. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter multiple times, nothing has been done and I am still owing my tertiary fees for the year 2024 which I would not be allowed to register next year to finish off my degree because of this financial situation by NSFAS. Some assistance regarding this matter would be highly appreciated .
