Appeal button not showing on my nsfas portal

I made an application last year which was rejected, an appeal was made with the correct documents but that too was rejected. Now the appeal button is not showing anymore and my application remains rejected, I am already in school I have not registered and may have to dropout because I have no way of paying accommodation fees. I am an orphan who is dependent on my legal guardian my sister who gets paid less than 5000 every month .. please help me and a lot of other financially vulnerable students like me as I believe that is what nsfas was built for.
