Account Settlement

I have studied successfully through NSFAS. I would like to settle my outstanding balance on my account by next week. i have been calling them at least once a week for more than a month now and no one can provide me with a settlement amount. They tell me that my interest is still being calculated on my account. Also i haven't received a statement since 2013 if my memory serve right. I just want to get done with this account but it seems impossible. When i follow up on the matter all i get told by the consultant is that the matter has been escalated.
