2020/2021 Funding allowance

My son has app**** for NSFAS in 2019 and was funded for 2019,my disappointment with them.is that they haven't funded him for 2020 and 2021 funding.We have been sending emails to them and they kept on promising to pay.Up to date they haven't. He is behind with turtiory fees.And he is approved by NSFAS to get the funding.Kindly can u please help.
