Poor customer service!!! Workshops that take advantage of female drivers

<p>My car was towed into one of the GM workshops in Nigel (NSB MOTORS) Gauteng beginning of January, the level of service I received from them was unbelievable disgusting ! They were so rude and unprofessional. </p> <p>I was told I'd receive a quotation in a week,but a week turned into 5 full weeks, I had to keep calling them and ask about the progress of the quotation of which they used to lie to me each week, the workshops manager wasn't even bothered! Never returned any of my calls or even ask one of he's ladies to send an email or give me a call. After they kept my car for over a month they finally sent a quotation (that was after I had to ask my uncle to go there in person and have them on their feet )that wasn't even broken down so I could understand what I was exactly paying for!! Because of the sky high price they have qouted, I decided to move my car to another workshops! To my surprise, they stripped my car engine and didn't reassemble it, instead they put it in the boot, my fuel vanished ,after struggling to get hold of him, when I asked him about the fuel, He said he doesn't know what happened and he won't be held liable for that , (but my car has been collecting dust in his workshops for over a month) and he had the nerve to indirectly say my uncle stole it!!!! I called the workshop today and as per norm , the "workshop manage" is not available! When I finally got hold of him I was told " this is how it's done! When we do a strip and check we don't reassemble the engine, not unless we do the complete job!" Then he hang up on me! Non of this was communicated to me , so I paid them R1548.00 just for them to strip my car engine and put it in the boot! They told me they would send me a full report of what they did , till today I haven't received it! Clearly people like them tend to look down on young female drivers , they just don't care! He's rude and unprofessional, he has no people s****s and knows nothing about customer service! He's behavior is unacceptable! </p>
