Great customer care

On Fri 07 Aug I took my vehicle in for service.Melissa went the extra mile as far as I as a customer is concerned.Liquid capital did not give authority for the service to NSB,but Melissa did not give up until answers were received. She was on the call with Liquid capital for more than an hour and finally something good came out of that. Big up Melissa!
