Learning Material Sold

Learning Material with International content instead of South African context. After review of the material commitment was made to refund with two Qualifications free (with the right content in terms of SAQA requirements). Both (formal) deadlines were missed. Our concern is that learning material content is deliberately sold to South African Training Providers with International legislation not applicable to the South African context. The process of review and moderation are used to delay legal process and achievement of objectives. The negative impact it has on the Education and Training system is huge. We would like to see that these Qualifications are withdrawn from the market until it is approved and not being advertised and used to ***** money from legitimate Providers. We acknowledge the developmental factor needed in South Africa in terms of Learning Material development but must have a positive contribution on the industry and not a negative one.
