*****elent and misleading business practices

Yusuf, I have paid you in full on the 5th of January 2021 for off shelve material. We are now 6 months down the line and still I did not receive any material, neither the promised refund. you keep on coming with excuses like EWSETA did not pay you, you have not been paid for the training, the client did not pay you, they paid into the wrong account or the account is not active etc. Please can you for once honour your word and do the refund as promised.
