Not getting rent on time as per contract

<p>For the past months I have been struggling with my rental agent to get my rent in on time. Our contract states that that I will get my rent by the 2nd of every montt, yet Ineed to keep calling and hearing excuses and then I get it for the latest by the 10th of the next month. This is totally unacceptable.</p> <p>I am also waiting on thenew contracts as I want to see what the tenants are paying.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got paid short this and now I am struggling to get hold of him.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no other choice but to approach the Rental Housing Tribunal about this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
