Removed parts of scooter to get to seized engine

My scooter's engine seized and NS Motorcycles fetched scooter and stripped parts to get to the engine. I couldn't afford repairs at the time and fetched scooter. The scooter was loaded and I was handed the engine parts in a small box but did not realize that all the parts that was removed to get to the engine was not handed to me. When I realized that the Kick start, Airbox, V-belt, Belt cover and Exhaust is still missing, I went to see the owner of NS Motorcycles who insisted they gave it back but he was not present when his employee help me loaded the scooter or put the box with the engine parts on the trailer. Diederick's attitude and the way he handled the matter Saturday in front of other customers is abolutely not accepted and furthermore I view this matter as THEFT.
