INCORRECT SIZES OF ORDERED GOODS

I ordered table cloths from NS Decor, I received 21 table cloths made to a bigger size. Also, when I ordered I asked them to pack it in plastic bags before putting it in a box.....when it arrived it was just thrown into a box with no plastic protection. The box was torn open and some table cloths stained. I had to have the tablecloths made smaller in one day's time, and I paid R1360 to have them made smaller. <br> I emailed the company and complained about the incorrect sizes as well as the poorly packed goods. NO RESPONSE. I also sent them the bill for making the table cloths smaller, NO RESPONSE.
