Cancelling of a contract with NS Debt

Good Evening

I have a problem with this company by the Name of Ns debt management in June 2024.. While busy looking for with the loan application ... I met a guy who said to me they do the mediating assessment for me while they pay for all my creditors as one amount... But I manage to pay all my debt before they could even deduct the 1st amount of R6852. I went to them requesting them to cancel the agreement with hence they haven't started with the process of negotiating with my creditors... They are still debiting the R6000.00+ from my account ..My question is what is the money for? I really need to cancel this contract them. And their consultants are very rude. Now I have written an email to Ombudsman because I need them to refund me since they didn't pay any of my creditors.My ID number:***
