Canceling of a contract with NS Debt

Good Evening

I have a problem with this company by the Name of Ns debt management on the 20th of August 2020.... While busy looking for with the loan application on their side... They said to me they do the mediating assessment for me while they pay for all my creditors as one amount... But on the 21 August I went to them requesting them to cancel the agreement with hence they haven't started with the process of negotiating with my creditors... They have refused to cancel my account with them they said they is an monthly fee of which I needed to pay them so they cancel the account...and while are busy the process one explains to me that they is an canceling fee which I need to pay them.... I really need to cancel this contract them, hence I went to them one day after the application has done.... My ID number:***
