Sample sytems purchase overseas with relevant IEC certificate - can not be cleared

The matter is handled by our clearing agents but with out and success - latest communication with our clearing agents: To whom it may concern:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref: our sample purchase on record - customs case No: ********** 67

As it appears not to be possible to get clearance of the samples please advise on procedure on how to return these samples to the manufacturer so we can attempt to recover purchase cost.

1. We have desperately attempted to communicate with NRSC - no response has be received in over one week. 2. We also have registered with NRCS - no confirmation or any communication from NRSC has been received 3. We have tried to get assistance from a certification agency (see attached) - also, no reply has been received

Information received from the factories agent suggests that the IEC Test certificate can be converted into requested document - Test certificate also attached.

In any case we are not able to find any information or indication that these goods are not legal or sub standard. The quality standard we try to establish but this also seems to be impossible.

Kindly advise on procedure , if any available, on how to return the converters to the factory.

As this probably affects our spare part orders as well, we will have to notify effected clients of the reason why we are not able to provide our top class service backup which they have become used to over the years.

Please advise urgently as we can not afford financial losses as been imposed on us
