Parcel stuck in NRCS process for 14 Months!!!!

A parcel destined for delivery in January 2014 has yet to be delivered.<br> The parcel was held up in customs by the NRCS due to a technicality. We responded and provided the necessary documentation within a few days and then the real circus began.<br> <br> We have sent between 30 and 50 emails, made over 100 telephone calls and visited NCRS at least ten times but no one is bothered to do anything.<br> Thabo Mabena told our PA not to bother him again...<br> <br> DHL don't seem to give a damn and are not interested in assisting with the problem and the NCRS is just a useless government department incapable of wiping their noses let alone take some positive action.<br> <br> Between the two, I have some R15,000 worth of equipment held up by general incompetence.<br> Everybody we manage to contact at NRCS just directs us to someone else......<br>
