No Feedback and/or Response on Application for LOA

<p>My first submission for LOA was 19/10/2016. After no response/feedback I submitted yet again on 12/01/2017. I cant believe that they make you pay upfront and then taking more than 3 months to produce a LOA. Seems to me like *****ing. </p>
