NCRS letter of authority

I fail to understand that we have regulators in this country that are totally not capable of doing their work. I lodged an application for a LOA on 3 June 2015 and it is now 20 July 2015 and no word. It should take 21 business days and we are now more than double over that period. I sent numerous emails (20 plus) to all emails I could get at NRCS and not even one, not one, person has rep**** - *********** bunch of idiots. All this time I am paying for storage for a car that is in a bonded warehouse. Why must our tax money pay these people's salary when they are not even capable of returning an email!<br> <br> <br>
