LOA APPLICATION
Trying to get someone to answer a phone call. Phoned Durban office 9 times, no answer. Tried Pretoria switchboard, no answer. Press officer gave me three numbers, no answer from any of the lines
Operating hours from 8am-4.30pm, so why aren't there people answering the switchboard in Durban or Pretoria during these hours ?
