Zero Customer Service

Hi,

I have been handed over to Nrb Risk Solutions by African Bank for the last two years, I pay them every single month as well as occasionally increasing my repayment amount because this Account is really impacting my life negatively in everyway.

However when I checked my ITC Report because I am working very hard at getting my Credit Score High again & my Debt down. They Logged my profile as skipped Payments so when I queried it with them they told me it's because I am handed over, I then said to them it doesn't make sense because I pay on time every month & they should correct it. I didn't get any response from them after that although I have requested feedback I am just being ignored by them & now African Bank also started calling me asking for additional payments after my regular Debit order for the month has already been collected. I also asked Nrb then why this is suddenly happening & still no response from them. If that's the case then I might as well pay African Bank directly & even cut out the extra interest I am being charged.
