wronfully billed

I want to know who gave this company the authority to deduct R300 from my account when i had said to Siphokazi Sishuba a consultant, I told her that I will give her the go ahead, I had said to her SSDA was deducting and that I should finish 2015 with SSDA and I will Start 2016 with NRB but she was so clever she lodged the debit in December where money is need. well I am not interested in a lot of things I just want my R300 back into my account.
