UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I am quite disturbed by the way in which this company handles their clients. I was called to make payment arrangements which I was gladly willing to do but due to the nature of my job I am not always available. When the agent by the name of Magdalene Pugin called I gave her specific times to call so that I can give her my banking details but at those times some things came up or I was not in an area where I could talk as this is a personal matter.

Nevertheless, she called yesterday morning and I was busy but I did call her back and no answer. Yesterday afternoon I left work at 12pm (due to personal matters) and she called, she spoke to my colleague and wanted to know "who is in charge of Kelly's department" and my colleague informed her that my director is not available and Kelly is out dealing with a personal matter. Firstly, why would one ask for my Director who knows nothing about my personal commitments, it is extremely invasive and extremely unprofessional. I called NRB Risk Solutions this morning as I was quite disturbed with Magdalene wanting to speak to my boss and wanting to speak to about my personal information. I asked to speak to a manager by the name of Marikie who was so disrespectful on the call, shouting and giving her comments, the Manager then said that Magdalene did not request to speak to my boss but then Marikie listened to her call and heard that she did request to speak to my boss, once Marikie heard the call she did not apologize at first, she said the reason why she asked to speak to my boss was to get my working hours ????? I then told Marikie that dealing with my boss is none of their business but she totally went off at me. I found it so unprofessional from both Marikie who is a Manager and the agent Magdalene and going forward I do not want to deal with them and I would like to someone who is more senior to take this matter further.
