Terrible call centre consultants

<p>Received an sms in connection with money I owe Jacklin which I paid last year June already asked why they only wake up now and sms me to make contact with them. Why can't they call me?? This has already been handled off LAST YEAR JUNE! Wish people would just do the work properly and handle it off...</p>
