Scared of NRB Risk Solutions

I was contacted by NRB Risk solutions on the 7th of February 2025. This was about my African Bank account which they said was handed over to them for collection. We agreed on payment arrangements so I would pay R1000 monthly. No sooner had I given them my details then my bank sent me a message to say I must reduce debit order ***** risk. When I went to the bank to enquire, I found that NRB had submitted a debit order mandate of R10000 on my account. How can I trust these people?
