Melissa Morse contacted me sometime in July telling me that I should make an arrangement for my Nedbank account owing. I know I have a Nedbank account that is owing and made such an arrangement with her. I noticed that she wrote that I owe a current account and I knew the account owing is a credit card and I told her so. She then said she may have the account wrong but it is the account and stupid me, wanting to get this paid I agreed to the debit order. However, after some other lady phoned me to make an arrangement for the same account in those ***** circumstances I decided to get my credit report and check what needed to be paid and realized that was no such account. I sent Melissa Morse an email notifying her of this and she was so rude telling me that she will deduct the money from my account whether I like it or not until she has obtained all the money owed which according to her is R10 000. This woman is very arrogant and rude. Then she further tells me that I must send her my credit report,,,, seriously!!!
