Rude Employees and not respecting peoples privacy

Their employees are rude and harrassing us, this morning i had a call and the lady was rude and forcing me to pay according to their terms. She was very rude to the core and demanded me to pay the amount that i dont even think she can afford at this current times. They need to train their staff. I think i will take this up with Ombardsment.
