Refund payment

A consultant has requested for my refund since the finance department failed to close my account after having paid their fees in November. As far as I know, it doesn't take more than 24 hours for a refund to be cleared I to someone's account. I am now on day 3 waiting for my funds to reflect back into my account. This is quite infuriating as they were very quick to do an unauthorized debit from my account but now they are slow in paying back my money. This is absurd work ethic from the finance department.
