Poor Service and People Skills

Virlene MacKenzie has no People Skills and to this day. Thier Supervisor or Management has not responded to any of my emails. They Try to Bully a person but don't fall for that. If The Management can't see how thier call center handles people. They will not last long as people are getting fed up with being treated poorly.
