Poor Service

The Call Centre Lady Valine is Unprofessional. She Can't assist and when you request to speak to her supervisor after several attempts. She does so but fails to I inform the Supervisor who you are and what the issue is About. The Supervisor then has to end the Call and Get the Correct info. Valine then calls again the next day and the Same Process happens all over again.
