Poor communication skills

Does anyone know who this Sizo Phakathi is ? why does he need to harass people and ignore them? why can't he work together with people to solve a problem? Why must it be so difficult in communicating with people? And the fact they are refusing to answer my emails says alot about them as a company. They do not know where professionalism starts. They don't know how to conduct business professionally. 3 people reached out to me and yet again no response. But all they can do best is harass people for money and not answer emails.
