Personal information being used which is aginst POPIA Act

I have been receiving emails to my work email not pertaining to me. ive responded to numerous of these emails requesting that my details are removed. Upon phoning and requesting to speak to the department manager, however was transferred to the person sending the emails. Requested again that my information is removed yet received another email 28.10.2024 after the person sending the emails confirming that the emails will stop. This company is doing hard searches and is not complying with the POPIA Act and my personal information are being used and distributed amongst their agents. Emails started from August 2024 to October 2024
