Pathetic service from NRB risk solutions, my husband made payment 10days ago for his Capfin loan but they fail to provide a settlement letter and close the account. I had to phone them after sending several emails notifying them of the payment made, I keep phoning requesting the account closure letter and all they keep saying is they waiting for capfin while capfin told us to speak to NRB
