Pathetic Company / Employees

I have been harassed by an employee by the name of Desiree. She is the most rude and and has no common / professional courtesy. I'm currently behind on 1 of my accounts yet these debt collectors call and harass you as if you committed ******. NRB risk solutions is the worst company i dealt would by far and just because of 1 employee that I have engaged with. I'm in the customer service industry and extremely appalled by customer experience received from NRB
