Outstanding settlement letter

I have been dealing with Mandisa Nombembe regarding my outstanding account, she has been very helpful until lately after i have settled my account. i was promised that the letter os settlement will be sent to me in March as i have settled my account end of Feb. the settlement letter has not been sent and i have been sending emails to her with no responses regarding the letter or an update. the account is still showing on my credit report.
